Glinda has been of of the most beloved characters from the Wizard of OZ since the first moment she floated down in her bubble. We make our Glinda costume from a rich peach colored satin covered with a delicate silver sparkle tulle.  The bows are cut from the same fabric and hand applied. We include a crown covered in the same sparkle tulle.
