Returns Policy 

Our stock costumes can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date in new condition for a full refund (excluding the shipping costs). We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom and one-of-a-kind costumes may not be returned for refund. 

You are allowed one alteration within the same 30 day period, on stock or custom costumes. There is a $15.00 return shipping charge for this alteration service.

Shipping
Typically we ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail, a two to three day delivery, but if you call us we can ship your costume via Overnight-Delivery (typically $20 more than the Priority Service.
